Templates
Can I purchase existing design templates from Silostock?
Silostock has hundreds of web site templates available to give your site a professional image.
How are each of the different template types used?
Body Templates - Web page templates define global design elements for your web pages.
Content Templates - Content templates are used to create reusable components within Body Templates such as a header, footer, or navigation.
Feed Channel Templates - Feed channel templates determine how web feed channel information (feed title, description, etc.) is displayed above the feed items (articles).
Feed Item Templates - Feed item templates determine how web feed item information (article title, date, author, description, etc.) is displayed on a page when a web feed is included.
Form Templates - Form templates define the labels and form fields used for collecting information from your users.
Email Templates - Email templates define the messages emailed from your website via email forms.
Does my design need to conform to a particular template?
Templates are completely customizable. A sample site is provided for reference only, so your site can look and behave any way you wish. You can make a couple minor changes to the sample site to make it your own, or you can start from scratch and use a 100% custom design.
Retrieve Content with Template Variables
Template variables are used to dynamically obtain information. Variables are used in page templates for obtaining your site name, main navigation bar, subnavigation, etc. The variables available for use in a given template are dependent upon the type of template you are editing. For example, web feed template variables contain information information specific to web feeds such as the feed title, description, and link. You may include as many variables as you wish and wrap them with HTML to determine how your content gets displayed.
How can I tab inside a textarea in Firefox?
"The itch this extension scratches is the default tab key behavior of Firefox (and other major browsers for that matter). By default the tab key navigates through links and form controls on the page. This behavior, while nice for consistency, prevents the real tab character to be entered in input fields. (Instead of inserting the character, tab key moves focus to the next field.)"
